1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the RexonLogics website (rexonlogics.com) and any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

RexonLogics provides digital services including, but not limited to: custom software development, web and mobile application development, UI/UX design, cloud infrastructure services, web hosting, digital marketing, and online education (the "Academy"). Specific terms for each service type are outlined in individual service agreements.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Academy and Course Enrollment
4.1 Purchases
All course purchases are subject to our payment terms. Prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable fees. We reserve the right to change course prices at any time.
4.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for paid courses if you have completed less than 30% of the course content and are unsatisfied. Refund requests must be submitted to support@rexonlogics.com.
4.3 License to Content
Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not copy, share, distribute, or resell course content.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RexonLogics or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without express written permission.
6. Client Projects and Work Product
For custom development projects, the specific ownership of work product, source code, and intellectual property is governed by the individual project contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RexonLogics retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest data from our website.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our Services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REXONLOGICS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REXONLOGICS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (ii) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; OR (iii) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR THE LIKE TRANSMITTED THROUGH OUR SERVICES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RexonLogics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
